Minimalistic Poetry

I fell for you

But you didn’t catch me.

You hurt me.

I’m done.

But wait.

I still love you.

I don’t have to do it.

I don’t need to.

I don’t want to.

But when it comes to you,

I do it anyway.

It’s been a while.

But I still cry.

I cry hoping you will hear.

But you never respond.

I dream

But I don’t believe

Life is what you are given.

Living is what you do with it.

I don’t do poetry often, but here’s a few poems or ‘sayings’ I have written. I hope you like! I’m writing this on my phone so my outro with my picture and bio isn’t here.
